On the base from left to right are Nephthys, Horus, and Isis, who seem to be “emerging” from the wall. On the back, there is a semicircular protrusion with grooves. Nephthys is the goddess of birth and death in ancient Egyptian mythology. Isis, Nephthys’s sister, is the protector of slaves, sinners, and craftsmen. Horus, the son of Isis, is the god of the sky and sun. All three deities are connected by the legend of the birth of the god Anubis, the god of the underworld, who was considered the half-brother of Horus.
