In the center, there is a relief figure of Jesus Christ. Above him is God the Father, to the left is John the Baptist, and to the right is the Virgin Mary. The object is a four-ended folding icon. On the inner side, a white strip of paper is attached, bearing an inscription in Polish: “completed on May 10, 1898”.
